Adult Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu

BJJ promotes the concept that a smaller, weaker person can successfully defend themselves or another against a bigger, stronger, heavier assailant by using proper technique, leverage, and most notably, taking the fight to the ground, and then applying joint-locks and chokeholds to defeat the opponent. BJJ training can be used for sport grappling tournaments and in self-defense situations.

Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu is perfect for young children. Beginning as young as 3, BJJ will help your child stay in shape while teaching them skills handle everything that comes with growing-up.

Thai Kickboxing is a combat sport that uses stand-up striking along with various clinching techniques. This discipline is known as the “art of eight limbs” as it is characterized by the combined use of fists, elbows, knees, and shins.


Judo combines martial arts with fast-paced cardio exercises.

Judo is an excellent way to stay in shape and melt away the stresses of everyday life.
